Costa Pinto 91, 2750-431 Cascais, Portugal. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Services<\/h2>\n<p>BusMove provides the following services across Portugal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apartment and house moving<\/li>\n<li>Office relocations<\/li>\n<li>Furniture and appliance transport<\/li>\n<li>Loading and unloading services<\/li>\n<li>Packing and protective wrapping<\/li>\n<li>Delivery from stores (IKEA, Leroy Merlin, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Old furniture removal and disposal<\/li>\n<li>Furniture assembly and disassembly<\/li>\n<li>Storage transport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Quotes and Pricing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.<\/li>\n<li>Prices are based on the information provided by the client (volume, distance, access conditions, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>The final price may be adjusted if the actual conditions differ significantly from the information provided.<\/li>\n<li>We provide a detailed cost breakdown before the service begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Booking and Cancellation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the date, scope, and price of the service.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.<\/li>\n<li>Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Client Obligations<\/h2>\n<p>The client agrees to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide accurate information about the items to be moved and access conditions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate access to both pickup and delivery locations<\/li>\n<li>Inform us of any fragile, valuable, or special items that require extra care<\/li>\n<li>Be present (or have an authorized representative) at pickup and delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Insurance and Liability<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All items transported by BusMove are covered by 100% insurance during transport.<\/li>\n<li>We take all reasonable precautions to protect your belongings, including stretch-wrapping furniture and appliances.<\/li>\n<li>Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery and documented in writing within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>We are not liable for items packed by the client without our supervision, pre-existing damage, or items of extraordinary value not declared beforehand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and MBWay.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p>BusMove is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, road closures, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>All content on the busmove.pt website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of BusMove and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Governing Law<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cascais, Portugal.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Changes to Terms<\/h2>\n<p>We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n<h2>12.
